On 5th September 2024, a significant health initiative took place at the Community Center, 7th BN DAP, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. Yolo Health and Illness to Wellness, in collaboration with the Delhi Police , organized a Free Health Camp dedicated to the brave men and women of the Delhi Police and their families.
A Day Dedicated to Health
The health camp was more than just a routine medical check-up—it was a heartfelt effort to ensure the well-being of those who serve and protect us. From early morning to the end of the day, the camp buzzed with activity as police personnel and their families lined up to take advantage of the free health services.
What We Offered:
Our team, composed of skilled healthcare professionals and dedicated volunteers from Yolo Health, conducted a range of medical tests designed to provide a comprehensive health assessment:
Non-Invasive Tests:
Including blood pressure monitoring, BMI measurements, and general health screenings.
Invasive Tests:
Critical assessments like Glucose levels, Hemoglobin, and Lipid Profile to detect early signs of metabolic disorders and other health issues.
Impactful Results:
The response from the Delhi Police staff and their families was overwhelmingly positive. Many expressed their gratitude for the thorough health check-ups and the professionalism of our team. The camp not only provided essential health insights but also created an opportunity for individuals to become more proactive about their health.
